Job Summary- Co-manage client relationships alongside the Sales Account Management team, from implementation through to everyday problem resolution and renewal activities. - Collaborate directly with the Sales Account Management team to service mutual clients. - Support and service between 8-15 client groups, each generating annual net revenue between $50,000 and $250,000+. - Maintain senior management level contact with clients' Benefits, Human Resources, and financial staff. - Ensure the effective delivery of Luminare Health products and operational processes to clients. - Retain assigned book of business, providing strategic oversight and fostering interdepartmental relationships. Required Job Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent required 3-5 years previous experience of Client Management experience and/or experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment with client facing/client support responsibilities Results oriented and self-motivated Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required, as are exceptional organizational skills Ability to interact with senior level executives Thorough understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans; stop loss understanding a plus; Knowledge and understanding of benefit-related federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA,PPACA, etc.) Excellent presentation skills Analytical skills, problem solving skills, reading ability, creative decision-making skills, the ability to comprehend and follow instructions, mathematical ability and time management skills are required Experience using PowerSTEPP Ability to travel is required Preferred Job Qualifications: College degree State insurance license Are you being referred to one of our roles? The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan. Min to Max Range: $66,300.00 - $124,500.00
