DevOps Cloud Presales Solution Consultant

We're seeking a motivated and technically skilled Presales Solutions Consultant to support our DevOps Cloud portfolio. In this role, you'll engage with enterprise clients, demonstrate the value of our solutions, and help architect tailored DevOps strategies that drive business outcomes.

The Presales DevOps Cloud Solutions Consultant's responsibilities include:

* Present DevOps Cloud solutions to both executive and technical stakeholders across enterprise accounts in the East or Central U.S. regions.

* Lead technical discovery, solution design, and value-based demonstrations throughout the sales cycle.

* Deliver compelling demos, deep dives, and proof-of-concept engagements that showcase product capabilities.

* Stay current with evolving technologies in Agile development, test automation, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to influence product direction and go-to-market strategies.

* Focus areas include: Application Lifecycle Management, Functional Test Automation, Performance Testing, DevOps, and Mobility.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

* 6+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or enterprise software testing (functional and/or performance).

* Proven experience working with enterprise clients in a customer-facing, consultative role-including both executive and technical stakeholders.

* Familiarity with OpenText DevOps Cloud solutions is highly desirable.

* Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps toolchains (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).

* Knowledge of mobile application testing and test automation frameworks is a plus.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

* Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while managing multiple priorities.

* Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

* Professional demeanor and resilience in challenging customer interactions.
