Mission
As an R&D Development Manager you will have the responsibility to lead our research and development team. You will be responsible for overseeing the development of new products, improving existing products, and ensuring that our R&D projects align with the company's strategic goals.

Primary Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage the R&D team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement R&D strategies and plans.
  • Oversee the design, development, and testing of new products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
  • Manage the R&D budget and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.



Education & Experience



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in R&D or engineering roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience in a similar R&D management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
