About this opportunity: As the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will spearhead developing and executing on a comprehensive strategy aimed at enhancing market share, brand awareness and driving revenue growth. This role will report to the Head of Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions.
We are seeking a results-driven marketing executive with a proven ability to shape and execute growth strategies that drive revenue expansion. This leader will craft a compelling, customer-centric narrative that positions our brand at the forefront of industry evolution while accelerating enterprise growth, international market penetration, and profitability.
Your expertise will be critical in aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives to maximize commercial impact and strengthen our mission-driven approach.
The location for this role will be Plano, Texas or Boise, Idaho.
What you will do
- Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to penetrate target markets deeply and effectively.
- Translate business objectives and market trends into a cohesive marketing strategy.
- Partner with Senior Leadership to ensure alignment on messaging, company mission, and thought leadership.
- Oversee multi-channel demand generation programs, including paid media, content marketing, social media, field marketing, and partner marketing.
- Develop and execute a compelling marketing strategy aligned with business goals to drive BEWS revenue and profitability.
- Design and implement initiatives that enhance brand visibility and reputation across target markets, prioritizing projects to optimize resources, timing and business success.
- Leverage emerging trends and technologies to innovate and enhance marketing effectiveness, utilizing digital marketing channels and tools to maximize reach and engagement. Incorporate automation and AI to optimize marketing operations, increase efficiency, and personalize customer interactions, ensuring that the organization stays ahead in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
- Utilize data, analytics, and insights to inform decision-making and strategic action, ensuring marketing initiatives are evidence-based and responsive to evolving market demands.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization, delivering compelling business and marketing narratives backed by facts and data for large audiences.
- Develop and execute robust external communication strategies to elevate brand presence and strengthen public relations, while also implementing effective internal communication strategies to enhance employee awareness, engagement, and organizational alignment across marketing units.

The additional skills you will bring
- A minimum of 10 years of senior experience in marketing or related areas, preferably within a similar industry, demonstrating a proven track record of strategic leadership and brand management.
- University degree in Marketing, with a Master of Science, or equivalent preferred.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and communication strategies, with experience in developing and executing successful campaigns that drive business growth.
- Proficiency in AI-driven marketing automation tools, intelligent content management systems, and advanced digital analytics platforms to optimize marketing strategies and enhance decision-making.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing marketing and communication campaigns.
- International experience, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances, media landscapes, and communication references.
- Ability to navigate and leverage political, macroeconomic, industry, and customer trends to identify opportunities that drive growth in both established business lines and emerging ventures. Demonstrated proficiency in incubating new business initiatives and accelerating their growth to establish market dominance.
