Assembler

• Assemble sub-components by installing screws, applying sealant, placing spacers, and torquing hardware to specifications.
• Requires constant hand use and excellent manual dexterity.
• Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs to maintain shift continuity.
• Support organizational goals by taking ownership of new tasks and seeking ways to improve processes.
• Stay current with job knowledge through educational opportunities and reading technical materials.
• Maintain a safe work environment and practice good housekeeping standards.
• Follow 5S principles and support safety protocols across all VBI areas.

• 1-3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
