Packaging Technician:
Monday through Friday Hours: 4:30am-1pm


Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Technician to support our manufacturing and production operations. This role is responsible for packaging diagnostic products with precision, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate has prior packaging or manufacturing experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a regulated environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Package diagnostic products and components according to SOPs, batch records, and GMP guidelines



  • Operate labeling, sealing, and packaging equipment safely and efficiently



  • Inspect finished products for accuracy, integrity, and conformance to specifications



  • Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records in accordance with quality standards



  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and packaging areas



  • Follow safety protocols and support continuous improvement initiatives



  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members on production status and any issues




Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or GED required



  • 0-1 year of packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse experience (GMP/ISO environment preferred)



  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions, batch records, and diagrams



  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality



  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment
