Role Summary:

The Vice President - Employee Experience leads the strategic vision for a holistic, brand-immersive employee experience. This role ensures that every touchpoint across the employee lifecycle reflects the credit union's mission, vision, and values-fostering a culture of belonging, purpose, and pride.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Architect and lead the employee experience strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand identity.
  • Partner with Marketing and social media teams to amplify internal storytelling and brand immersion.
  • Collaborate with member-facing leaders to ensure cultural consistency across all locations.
  • Champion initiatives that elevate employee voice, recognition, and well-being.
  • Oversee internal communications that reinforce culture and values.
  • Monitor and report on employee experience metrics and cultural health indicators.

  • Brand & Culture Alignment: Deep understanding of brand identity and how to embed it into employee experiences.
  • Executive Influence: Strong presence and ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Change Leadership: Skilled in leading cultural transformation and managing organizational change.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High self-awareness, empathy, and interpersonal effectiveness.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to interpret engagement and culture metrics to inform strategy.


Qualifications:



  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Communications, HR, Marketing, or Organizational Development.
  • Demonstrated success in leading culture transformation or brand-aligned employee experience initiatives.
  • Executive presence with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.


Compensation information: Offers are based on experience and education.

$123,614.40 - $154,502.40 annually
