As an important member of the Client Group communications team, you play a key role in defining and leading internal communications for a highly matrixed and driven team. You will be excited to play an integral part in delivering creative, engaging and compelling internal communications that engage and empower associates and teams to deliver our Long-term Strategic Plan. You are well versed in navigating a high degree of complexity with stakeholders at all levels and are able to effectively partner with the Client Group executive leadership teams and peers supporting other business units to ensure consistent amplification of key messages and priorities. The mission of the Global Communications team is to align, engage and inspire associates across the globe through highly effective storytelling and multi-channel communication. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
