ABOUT THE JOB The Production Lead Person oversees all shift employees and complies with all safety, quality, quantity and housekeeping standards. They will assure that all personnel are properly trained and follow all policies and procedures set forth by Wis-Pak.

ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will have the capability to read, write, and communicate in English. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Must exhibit ability and desire to work within a team but have the ability to work alone. Works with minimal supervision, be a self-starter who leads by example, and be dependable. Ability to prioritize and plan work activities under pressure. Must be able to drive a forklift and have the ability to pass the test for Forklift Operators License. Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods; ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 75 pounds. Must be able to work in temperatures of 60 - 90 degrees or more.
