Position Summary:

The Treasury Director will be responsible for managing domestic and international treasury operations, including cash management, financial risk/compliance, liquidity management, and internal controls. The role will collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Oil Trading and other business teams to manage funding and banking operations. The Treasury Director will also lead the capital structure process and ensure ample liquidity for all entities including international subsidiaries. The position will require maintaining strong relationships with internal business partners, banking partners and external clients.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for global cash and liquidity management (including FX, funding, and forecasting procedures for all international subsidiaries) to ensure strong working capital and efficient utilization of excess cash.
  • Manage overall capital structure, driving appropriate recommendations on debt-to-equity mix, refinancing risks, and the Company's overall credit profile.
  • Lead negotiations and agreement with lenders or other Treasury related partnersover funding and other agreements.
  • Assess and limit exposures of various financial risks such as commodity derivates, interest rates, FX, and others created via natural course of business.
  • Oversee Treasury governance, ensuring adherence toCompany policies.
  • Lead, develop and inspire team of Treasury professionals.
  • Manage reporting on cashflow, debt balance, financial covenants, working capital, and other periodic internal/external reporting as required.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree, including 10+ years related experience in treasury/cash management is required
  • Commercial banking experience/deep exposure, credit agreement negotiation & execution and a strong corporate finance background are required
  • People leadership experience is required, including a demonstrated ability to develop and grow team members is required
  • Capital structure development / leadership is required
  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business is desired
  • MBA preferred
  • Knowledge of statistics, derivatives, and foreign currency transactions desirable
  • Treasury experience supporting international business/entities is great to have
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification strongly desired
  • Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certification highly desired
  • RPA technology & system transformation experience highly desired
  • Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
  • Travel is estimated at 10%
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Effective, professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills / ability to interact effectively with all departments and levels of management
  • Proven skills in strong organizational, critical thinking & customer service
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and work ethics to ensure the integrity of all reporting
