Senior Sales Recruiter

We have an opportunity for a Senior Sales Recruiterto join our Talent Acquisition team, located anywhere in the U.S.,reporting to the manager (Americas) of Talent Acquisition.In this remote role, you will own and drive the recruiting process from end-to-end. You will work closely with our hiring managers to partner and develop strategies to find top performing candidates for our GTM organization across the Americas and LATAM. Be a Contributor - What You'll Do


  • Manage the full recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy
  • Use direct sourcing techniques to build a strong network of passive candidates within critical skill
  • Cold call, network, and generate leads from your own network
  • Strategize ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
  • Use the full spectrum of staffing methodologies, including search, research, internet sourcing, and candidate development
  • Drive the offer process, partnering with hiring managers, Compensation, HR, and Orientation teams
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience while identifying candidate risks, proactively moving candidates thru the recruiting process, driving hiring managers to a decision, and negotiating offers
  • Update, input, and maintain accurate documentation, tracking, and status of candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Conduct various research projects and prepare recruiting reports as needed

Be Prepared - What You Bring


  • 10+ years of progressive sales recruiting experience with an in-house recruiting team, preferably from a SaaS networking/security company
  • Good eye for talent with the ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit and a sound sourcing approach with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill roles
  • Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities
  • Solid high-tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, and open-source communities
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
  • Advanced proficiency in the use of office systems, personal computers, tickler systems, applicant tracking systems, and internet search techniques
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
  • Solid high-tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, and open-source communities
  • Excellent consultative qualities and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, as well as externally
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • We practice pay transparency and reward performance. Offers reflect role location, internal equity, experience, skills, education, and certifications. Base salary for this position: $70-$90/hour plus bonus potential
