Position: SEO Program Manager A leading global retailer is looking for an experienced SEO Program Manager to lead organic search efforts in the Americas. This position is based at the company's headquarters. The role requires a proactive, hands-on professional who excels at turning strategy into action. You're well-versed in SEO best practices and capable of planning and delivering complex, high-impact projects. You understand that organic search is a direct extension of the company's brand and marketing presence - and should reflect that same standard of excellence. You're also a strong collaborator, skilled at working across cross-functional teams. You will be part of a broader SEO team managing organic search for a major global website, collaborating with stakeholders in marketing, engineering, product management, and merchandising.
Key Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with strengths in both technical and content SEO
Deep understanding of SEO analytics, with a track record of presenting insights to senior stakeholders
Familiarity with current SEO best practices across major global search engines
Knowledge of AI search behavior and emerging AI-driven answer platforms
Experience with content strategy and optimization for search performance
Excellent communicator, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
Experience leading large-scale, international, time-sensitive SEO initiatives is preferred
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Description
Define and execute the organic search strategy for products and services in the Americas region, including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Brazil
Meet SEO revenue goals through regionalized optimizations and strategic initiatives
Develop AI-forward content strategies that align with changing search behaviors and user journeys
Identify and communicate AI optimization opportunities for global pages, collaborating closely with regional teams
Report performance metrics to key stakeholders and provide actionable SEO insights to inform broader planning
Monitor search trends and identify growth opportunities across markets
Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure seasonal and commercial campaigns are discoverable through organic channels
Partner with product management to assess technical SEO implications of broader platform changes and contribute necessary requirements
Act as an advocate for the SEO program, highlighting its contributions to brand and financial objectives
Continuously test SEO strategies, analyze results, and apply learnings to optimize performance Other info

- The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $80.79 - $90.79 per hour
