Job Summary The Audi Aftersales Facilitator is responsible for delivering top-tier training to Audi Dealership Aftersales personnel. This position is responsible for the facilitation of customer satisfaction, process skills, and selling skills to Service and Parts personnel to create a customer-centric culture. This role assists with planning and executing training programs to support Audi brand and operational goals. This role also provides a variety of supportive functions that serve to enhance the overall effectiveness of the Audi Aftersales Training program. Role Responsibilities * Conduct regular training/coaching sessions on service reception, repair order documentation, Brand hospitality, customer satisfaction, selling skills, and relationship building * Follow-up with dealers regularly on yearly certification * Partner with Area team members to assess in-dealer/virtual coaching and training needs * Provide feedback to the training design team on curriculum needs * Engaging field, upper management and dealer management to receive training buy-in at all levels * Train and develop new service and parts department personnel * Provide a contact report to Audi Training and Field Team after each dealer visit * Display prudent time management and expense budgeting * Conduct in-person and virtual training classes Qualifications * 3 to 5 years of training and facilitation experience in a variety of formats (virtual, on the job and classroom) * Bachelor's degree - B.A., B.S * Minimum 3 years relevant work experience - Automotive retail, hospitality and/or Customer Care * Effective time management skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, Excel * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
