Bonterra exists to propel every doer of good to their peak impact. We measure that impact against our vision to increase the giving rate as a percentage of GDP from 2% to 3% by 2033. We know that this goal is lofty, but we are confident that the right technology and expertise will strengthen trust in the sector, allowing the social good industry to accelerate growth and reach peak impact. Bonterra's differentiated, end-to-end solutions collectively support a unique network of over 20,000 customers, including over 16,000 nonprofit organizations and over 50 percent of Fortune 100 companies. At Bonterra, we're powering those who power social impact. Our mission is to equip nonprofits and social good organizations with intuitive, outcome-driven technology that advances their work. Apricot 360 is our flagship case management platform for enterprise nonprofits, enabling human services providers to operate more efficiently, track outcomes rigorously, and scale their impact with confidence.

We are looking for a mission-aligned Enterprise Account Executive who is passionate about partnering with large nonprofits to help them advance their mission through innovative technology. In this role, you will work closely with nonprofit leaders to deeply understand their goals, uncover obstacles to growth and efficiency, and co-create solutions that elevate their impact in the communities they serve.

This is a consultative, strategic role that requires the ability to navigate complex buying processes, engage diverse stakeholders, and inspire action toward transformative outcomes. You will be a trusted advisor, not just a product expert, someone who helps nonprofit executives make bold, confident decisions about their future.

Responsibilities
  • Mission-Driven Partnerships: Build deep, meaningful relationships with nonprofit executives and program leaders to understand their mission and how technology can support their impact.

  • Consultative Engagement: Lead thoughtful, research-informed conversations with organizations to identify critical challenges and co-develop tailored solutions using Apricot 360.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Solutions Engineers, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to deliver high-value, organization-wide solutions.

  • Outcome Alignment: Guide nonprofits in articulating what success looks like, then align stakeholders and strategy to make that vision real.

  • Prospecting and Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and engage with new enterprise nonprofit opportunities. You are responsible for building and managing your pipeline.

  • Continuous Growth: Embrace feedback through peer reviews, RingRing roleplays, and high-impact coaching. You care about mastery, not just metrics.

  • Ownership & Performance: Take full responsibility for your territory, pipeline, and performance with the expectation to consistently meet or exceed quota while maintaining a high standard of integrity, execution, and customer impact.

  • Travel: Meet with clients in person as needed to build trust, run onsite discovery sessions, and support the sales process.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-7 years of experience in SaaS sales, including at least 2 years in enterprise-level sales managing complex deals with multi-stakeholder buying committees and six to seven figure contract values (ideally nonprofits or public sector)

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and navigate multi-stakeholder engagements

  • Strong business acumen paired with empathy and a service-first mindset

  • Familiarity with value-based frameworks like Challenger, MEDDIC, or similar

  • Coachable, curious, and committed to ongoing growth

  • Proficient in modern engagement tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach

  • Bonus: Experience with nonprofit case management software, impact measurement, or human services systems

Our team operates with high expectations and shared values:

  • High-Performance Culture: You'll be surrounded by driven, experienced professionals who take pride in execution. Feedback is frequent, direct, and welcome. We roleplay harder than we pitch. We debrief every deal. And we win as a team.

  • Enterprise Discipline, Nonprofit Heart: We bring structured sales excellence to a sector that deserves the best.

  • Data-Driven Execution: We move fast, but we never fly blind. Every action is backed by insight. We know our numbers, we track leading indicators, and we hold ourselves to measurable standards that drive real outcomes.

At this time, we are unable to consider candidates who require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization.
