Job Overview Do you have a passion for creating meaningful brand experiences that resonate across audiences and channels? The Brand Experience Specialist contributes to Marvin's brand engagement efforts by supporting the planning and execution of events and activities that foster connection and build brand affinity. This role involves organizing national, regional, and local brand events - including trade shows, product launches, and in-market activations - while maintaining consistency across all branded touchpoints. Collaboration across Marketing and Sales teams is crucial, along with strong project management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, and post-event reporting to help ensure Marvin's brand is represented with clarity and purpose. Highlights of your role * Support the development and management of in-person, hybrid, and virtual brand events and activities * Manage event logistics, including budgets, contracts, communications, and vendor coordination * Maintain the brand events calendar and activation kits; assist with on-site execution * Collect and analyze event performance data to inform future strategies Compensation $67,000 - $80,000 annually You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred), with 7+ years of marketing experience, including 5 in event and brand activation * Proven track record to manage in-person, virtual, and hybrid events across multiple audiences * Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail * Comfortable managing multiple projects and traveling up to 40% Also want to make sure you have * Experience working with premium brands and understanding their market approach * Familiarity with event performance metrics and return on investment (ROI)analysis * Confidence in managing vendor contracts and financial tracking * Interest in shaping brand experiences that leave a lasting impression We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
