To drive continued success in this exciting Medical Device field, we are seeking a Radiology Manager - Ultrasound /West to join our winning team.

Job Summary:

The National Radiology Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing the activities and direction of the Radiology/Vascular Sales representatives throughout the U.S. to ensure revenue growth in the Imaging business within MRNA. The National Radiology Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the POC Zone Managers, Clinical Ultrasound Managers, and direct sales reps. on sales opportunities. This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of Ultrasound Sales and will interface with Ultrasound Marketing and R&D to provide customer feedback to support product enhancements and new product designs for the North American markets.

Position Specifications:

Essential Functions:

  • Recruit, develop, and manage a highly effective Ultrasound Radiology/Vascular Sales team
  • Coordinate direct sales efforts in hospitals and imaging centers with POC sales representatives, POC Zone Managers, Corporate Account Managers, and IDN Managers.
  • Focus the team on sales efforts in core markets with the below products:
    • Hospital Radiology - RE7, ZS3, DC8 Expert and Z1Pro.
    • Hospital Vascular - RE7, ZS3, DC8 Expert and Z1Pro.
    • Outpatient Vascular Centers - RE7, ZS3, DC8 Expert.
    • Outpatient Imaging Centers - RE7, ZS3, DC8 Expert.
    • All other departments/locations - RE7
  • Help to coordinate and support direct sales demonstrations, installations, and in-services with ultrasound clinical applications specialist throughout the three regions.
  • Provide Sr. Director of Ultrasound Sales with monthly reports which include sales forecasts for direct sales opportunities, demonstration reports, and territory activity.
  • Support regional and national ultrasound shows.
  • Foster collaborative communication with other Ultrasound Zone Sales Managers, Marketing, and R & D team members to maximize product growth and brand building.

Knowledge/Educational Requirement

  • Experience: 10+ years of healthcare capital equipment sales experience.

5 + years of ultrasound sales experience preferred.

Previous management of healthcare capital equipment personnel preferred.

  • Education: B.S. / B.A.
