To drive continued success in this exciting Medical Device field, we are seeking a Market Manager New Segments to join our winning team.

To support Mindray's business objectives, this position is responsible for providing leadership and ownership of product lines in Mindray's new segments and markets. These include, but are not limited to, Hepatus Transient Elastography systems, TE Air handheld systems, and musculoskeletal (MSK) imaging across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The Marketing Manager - New Segments will define go-to-market strategies, manage the product lifecycle, and drive initiatives to maximize market share and product adoption..

Essential Functions:

  1. Understand, document, and champion the clinical, technical, and financial needs for product lines in Mindray's new segments
  2. Act as the primary lead to support the business and marketing needs of our partners in Canada and Puerto Rico.
  3. Conduct in-depth market analyses to assess trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  4. Develop and execute business, marketing, and go-to-market plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  5. Lead product launches, including sales training, messaging, pricing strategies, sales materials, and promotional campaigns.
  6. Identify, prioritize, and act on market opportunities to drive growth in new segments
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and customers.
  8. Monitor and assess product performance; implement strategies and programs to exceed performance targets.
  9. Recommend and contribute to communication strategies, including sales collateral, tradeshows, advertising, PR, and lead generation for new and existing products.
  10. Serve as the lead for identified national tradeshows.
  11. Provide ongoing support to sales and clinical teams through competitive intelligence, communications, product information, and training.
  12. Oversee the online store and future e-commerce platform for handheld devices
  13. Collaborate with Vice President of Marketing to ensure North American requirements are reflected in global product planning and development efforts.

Decision-Making Authority:

  • This role includes making strategic decisions, implementing initiatives, and that align with business goals, in coordination with executive leadership.

Position Specifications:

  1. Knowledge/Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in related clinical, technical, or business area
  • MBA or equivalent experience desirable
  • Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience (upstream or downstream)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical devices or healthcare technology
  • Familiairty with Liver Disease imaging or point-of-care imaging preferred
  1. Skills and Abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute strategic plans
  • Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities without direct reporting lines

High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as remote communication and collaboration tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams

  • Travel Requirements, including international travel, may reach 35% of the time
