We're looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to join our Product Management team, reporting to the Sr Director, Product Management. This role is remote within the USA. You will be responsible for:



  • Creating the strategy and product roadmap for Workflow Automation to support DLP growth and innovation
  • Building strong cross-functional partnerships with Engineering and leading delivery of critical functionality for Zscaler Workflows Automation (ZWA)
  • Developing and executing the strategy for Email DLP, ensuring alignment with customer needs and security best practices
  • Partnering with customers to refine and deliver impactful DLP features that power our $200M+ ARR business


What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)



  • 10+ years of product management experience, with substantial expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Demonstrated deep experience and market knowledge in data security, especially DLP
  • Track record of building effective cross-functional relationships, especially with engineering teams
  • Experience working directly with customers on security feature requirements and feedback
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and ability to travel monthly to headquarters in the USA


What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)



  • MBA or other advanced business degree
  • Proven success building and scaling workflow automation in enterprise security products
  • Experience driving strategy for Email DLP solutions

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$164,500 $235,000 USD
