- Recommend and implement changes that streamline operations, reduce manual work, and eliminate technical debt.
- Audit and Compliance Readiness
- Ensure that documented processes support internal controls and are audit-compliant, especially across deal desk, lead management, and financial flows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Business Applications, Sales Enablement, Finance, Legal, and Sales to align processes, systems, and policy decisions.
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless handoffs and shared accountability.
- Support Strategic Initiatives
- Play a key role in transformation projects including quote-to-cash, lead lifecycle management, and CRM optimization.
- Help build scalable infrastructure that supports future growth, acquisitions, and international expansion.
- Process Governance & Change Management
- Define process ownership, version control standards, and a framework for ongoing improvement and stakeholder feedback.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills-able to work fluidly across departments and with senior stakeholders
- Passion for solving operational puzzles and making processes work better, faster, and cleaner
Preferred Qualifications:
