- Build business cases for growth initiatives (e.g., segment expansion, territory design, headcount allocation).
- Define, standardize, and evolve GTM KPIs; maintain a centralized performance metrics framework.
Analytics & Reporting
- Architect and operationalize a scalable analytics framework to evaluate GTM performance, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Manage the design, development, and enhancement of GTM dashboards, reports, and self-service BI tools.
- Own the CRO reporting cadence, ensuring insights are timely, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Build and mentor a team of analysts and GTM insights specialists across global locations.
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Corporate Strategy leaders.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the GTM organization.
Data Governance & Infrastructure
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, integration and availability across all GTM systems and analytics environments.
- Develop and implement best practices for data governance, analytics methodology, and reporting.
Innovation & Enablement
- Champion the adoption of advanced analytics tools and visualization platforms.
- Lead the design of a scalable self-service analytics environment to empower non-technical users.
- Present data-driven narratives to executive stakeholders, influencing top-level strategy.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, or related field strongly preferred.
- 7-10+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, business intelligence, or strategic planning roles, ideally within high-growth B2B or SaaS environments.

- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex analytics into clear business recommendations.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and aligning analytics with organizational goals.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience managing analytics for Revenue Operations or GTM Strategy in SaaS companies.
- Background in consulting, finance, equity research, or strategic planning is highly valued.
