What We Do The Vice President of Product will lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for DNA. This individual will be responsible for shaping the future of our product offerings, ensuring alignment with market needs, and driving business growth. There is also a significant opportunity to transform the business with the latest advancements in AI which the VP of Product will play a critical role in leading. The VP of Product will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, marketing and sales to deliver innovative and high-quality products. The ideal candidate is equal parts visionary and operator - someone who can identify market opportunities, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and lead teams through complex builds that deliver measurable value to users and the business.

What You'll Do:

Product Leadership & Strategy

  • Own and evolve the product vision and multi-year roadmap in alignment with company strategy and customer needs.
  • Chart the course for the future of the business with the latest developments in AI and agentic workflows
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on data, user insights, and business goals.
  • Identify new opportunities in the RE tech and data landscape to expand market share and customer value.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align product direction with financial and strategic objectives.

Execution & Delivery

  • Lead the product management team to define, build, and ship best-in-class solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and design teams to deliver high-impact features on time and at scale.
  • Ensure clarity and alignment around product requirements, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and iterative delivery.

Customer & Market Focus

  • Engage with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders to deeply understand their workflows and pain points.
  • Stay current on market and technology trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs.
  • Translate insights into actionable product strategies that drive adoption, retention, and expansion.

Team Development & Leadership

  • Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team.
  • Champion a customer-first mindset and agile best practices across the organization.
  • Drive alignment across departments to ensure smooth go-to-market and customer onboarding processes.

What You'll Bring

Must Haves:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing and scaling product teams
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex, high-impact products. Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Demonstrated success earning the trust of stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives. Strong leadership presence and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate people at all levels from executives to ICs across a broad variety of job functions.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term product roadmaps. Comfortable balancing long-term vision with short-term execution priorities. Cultivates a deep understanding of business, technology, and customer needs and how to translate them into innovative product solutions.
  • Passionate about solving problems. Willing to roll up your sleeves to directly execute. Come up with hypotheses, implement, measure, and iterate toward success.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and a deep understanding of metrics that drive product success. Ability to quickly analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate product strategies, goals, and roadmaps to diverse audiences, including senior executives, engineers, designers, and customers.

Nice to Haves:

  • Background in real estate, geospatial data, or risk modeling.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products or platforms serving institutional clients.
  • Familiarity with the latest AI models, tools and frameworks
  • MBA or advanced degree a plus, but not required.

Pay Range: $200,000- $300,000

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
