Candidates must be board certified in CP or AP/CP and in Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine and have laboratory management experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Additional leadership opportunities and/or responsibilities commensurate with training, experience, and academic interest, including participation in translational or clinical research. Montefiore Medical Center is a university-affiliated health care system serving the Bronx, Rockland, Orange and Westchester County and includes the Children's Hospital at Montefiore Einstein (CHAM). The Division of Transfusion Medicine supports a broad range of MMC specialty services, including hematology and medical oncology, obstetrics and women's health, bone marrow stem cell transplantation/cell therapy, solid organ transplantation, and a large comprehensive sickle cell disease program. Annual salary is in the range of $250,000-$400,000 and is dependent on years of experience, including previous leadership roles.
