Join our Data Insights & Strategy team as a Senior Analyst and become a trusted partner empowering our Revenue Operations organization. We're a dynamic group, working cross-functionally, intimately connected to strategic decision-making at the heart of our organization's growth, delivering innovative analytics solutions that drive data-informed decisions across Quote-to-Cash, Sales Compensation, and more. You'll apply your Tableau and big data proficiency to create compelling data visualizations, taking ownership to champion new ideas for process enhancement, introduce automation, and craft impactful dynamic dashboards for our leadership teams. Your analytical prowess will be key to uncovering critical insights and presenting them to stakeholders. This role offers the chance to forge strong relationships across diverse teams, working alongside amazing individuals to achieve significant business outcomes and deliver tangible business impact. You'll work in a hybrid model, spending an average of 3 days a week in the office and having the flexibility to work from home as needed.

As a Senior Analyst, you will:

  • Design and Build Advanced Dashboards: Take end-to-end ownership of designing, building, and managing complex, multi-source dashboards in Tableau, ensuring the highest standards of data integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery to empower critical business decisions.

  • Drive Data Quality & Automation: Serve as the trusted data subject matter expert (SME) for Revenue Operations. Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues, and pioneer automated solutions to eliminate manual work and enhance efficiency across processes.

  • Strategic Collaboration & Alignment: Collaborate extensively with diverse stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs), establish consistent analytical methodologies, and rigorously audit data to provide a comprehensive, accurate, and holistic view of performance.

  • Connect Operational Insights to Strategy: Translate detailed team performance and risks within Revenue Operations into their direct impact on the organization's overarching goals and strategic direction, providing a vital link between operational execution and business strategy.

  • Present Actionable Insights: Deliver impactful presentations to executive management including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), leveraging advanced data storytelling techniques to transform complex data into clear, strategic actions and recommendations.

  • Champion Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement, introduce automation, and craft impactful dynamic dashboards that streamline operations and support leadership teams.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • We are a team from a diverse professional and education background so long you have 5+ yrs of experience in and share the same passion in data analytics and data insight with business acumen, you are very welcome

  • Expertise in data preparation, analysis, visualization and content management with Tableau

  • Experience using SQL and relational databases

  • Proficient in performing high-level and detailed analytics with large scale of data

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, support and drive high impact result with a broader range of senior stakeholders and leaderships across multiple organizations

  • Passionate about data and new technologies, with a keen understanding of industry trends

  • Experience in developing new processes in undefined environments, acting as a trailblazer

  • Ability to infer the impact of process transformations on data changes

  • Creative problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast pace and ever-changing environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and business concepts clearly

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge and experience in finance and deal cycle operations within tech companies

  • Basic coding skills to build data pipeline, and perform data manipulation in Python

  • Experience with Salesforce products and ecosystem within a large enterprise

  • Tableau certified or Tableau Public profile/portfolio
