Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Specialist to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for managing the safe and accurate movement of finished goods and materials throughout the distribution center. You will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and smooth collaboration with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform inbound and outbound movements of materials according to standard operating procedures.

  • Receive and ship finished goods using pick lists, ensuring accuracy in documentation and inventory transactions.

  • Handle both hazardous and non-hazardous materials in compliance with safety standards.

  • Conduct electronic transactions using Oracle (receiving, transfers, order release, and shipment confirmations).

  • Verify incoming and outgoing goods for correct item number, description, quantity, lot number, expiration date, and condition.

  • Label and store finished goods to ensure proper traceability and easy identification.

  • Maintain accurate inventory by performing regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.

  • Support finished goods movement within the warehouse and coordinate with external freight providers.

  • Follow 5S housekeeping standards and contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.

  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, trolleys, and stretch wrap machines.

  • Report damaged goods or equipment malfunctions promptly to the team leader.

  • Segregate and quarantine non-conforming finished goods until final disposition is determined.

  • Comply with ISO 14001 and internal environmental management system requirements.

  • Adhere to all company policies and regulatory guidelines.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years' experience in warehouse or distribution operations required.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.

  • Comfortable working under pressure and flexible with extended hours when required.

  • Familiarity with Oracle or other WMS systems is required.

  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed and operate warehouse equipment safely.

  • Knowledge of safety standards and handling procedures for hazardous materials is a plus.

  • 2-5 years Stand Up Reach Forklift experience is required.
