Position Summary

The Supervisor of Central Scheduling and Staffing is responsible for daily operations of the timekeeping, scheduling, and staffing functions to ensure efficient and improved staff utilization and fiscal management outcomes.

Essential Functions

  • Operations include oversight of staff scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing levels upheld, ensuring electronic time and attendance records are maintained for assigned departments, and supporting the daily staffing of supported CBU departments.
  • This position supports customer service and high professional standards, supervises staff providing direction and guidance and administering management functions, attains staff engagement, develops and implements written workflows, procedures, and protocols, recommends new/ revised process improvement and quality management goals and tracks metrics and produces reports.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a related professional or technical role/function required
  • Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a supervisory or lead capacity required
  • Advanced level knowledge of UKG Workforce Management (WFM) required
  • Knowledge of hospital or nursing operations preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $62,608.00 - $90,106.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
