Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and systems-savvy Lead Salesforce and ERP System Administrator to drive the scalability, compliance, and efficiency of our mission-critical platforms-Salesforce and our ERP system (e.g., NetSuite). In this role, you will lead the architecture, administration, and optimization of systems supporting our Business-to-Government (B2G) SaaS model.

As a key partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success, you will design, and support processes aligned with federal and public sector procurement, billing, and compliance requirements. You'll own the system roadmap, lead platform integrations, and ensure our tools enable accurate tracking of contract performance, invoicing, and renewals-while maintaining strict data integrity and audit readiness.

This role is ideal for someone with deep platform expertise and experience operating in a regulated, contract-based SaaS/HaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Platform Leadership



  • Lead the administration, customization, and scalability of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ).
  • Implement and manage Salesforce workflows aligned to longer B2G sales cycles, RFP processes, multi-year contracts, and contract vehicles
  • Support opportunity and pipeline tracking with custom fields and logic to reflect contract terms, funding types, and award stages.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations on quote process and opportunity management, compliance checks, and documentation requirements.
  • Create dashboards and reports for pipeline forecasting, renewal cadence, and contract deliverables.



ERP Integration



  • Own ERP integration (NetSuite), focusing on invoicing, milestone billing, deferred revenue, and contract compliance.
  • Ensure Salesforce aligns to the ERP system
  • Support integration and workflows between Salesforce and the ERP system



System Integration & Governance



  • Lead cross-functional systems projects, including Salesforce-ERP integrations and connections with CPQ, CLM (Ironclad), and document management tools.
  • Define and enforce data governance and change management processes.
  • Evaluate and implement third-party tools that support government compliance, contract reporting, and electronic invoicing.
  • Deliver exec-ready dashboards on pipeline health, renewal cadence, and deferred revenue



Leadership



  • Help define the structure and responsibilities of a growing Salesforce function
  • Play a key role in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring a future junior Salesforce team member
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and support for direct reports as the team grows
  • Establish best practices and scalable processes for team operations
  • Contribute to team development, training, and professional growth planning



Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201).
  • Strong understanding of B2G contract lifecycle, public sector sales processes, and government financial operations.
  • Hands-on experience managing integrations and system architecture across CRM, ERP, and business operations tools.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • 3+ years ERP administration experience (NetSuite strongly preferred) with a focus on SaaS and B2G accounting.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification.
  • Salesforce CPQ and/or Advanced Admin certification.
  • Experience with tools like Boomi, Workato, or MuleSoft for integrations.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau/Power BI; Jira/Confluence; Experience migrating legacy CRM/ERP data.
