About the role: This position will monitor Retail Payment transactions for potentially fraudulent activity to minimize financial losses related primarily to BillPay and Zelle. The functions of this position include analyzing new fraud trends to develop analytics strategies addressing vulnerabilities to mitigate potential fraud losses, and then managing the performance of those strategies to ensure they are working as expected or make adjustments where needed. Please note: This is a full-time hybrid position, required onsite, any three days M-F at the posted location. Current and future sponsorship are not available for this position About the team: The FIS Retail Payments Fraud Analytics team is made up individuals who are passionate about reducing consumer fraud within our partner financial institution's client base. Candidate will work with both internal and external clients with the overall goal to maximize our client financial institution's consumer experience while simultaneously limiting exposure to fraud losses across the products we support.
