Commvault is seeking a results-driven, high-impactVelocity Americas Sales Manager to lead our Inside Sales organization across North America. This is a second-line leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, execution, and performance of the entire Velocity sales division, including new logo acquisition, customer expansion, and renewals.

This leader will oversee a team of frontline managers and sellers focused on driving ARR through Commvault's SaaS solutions. Success in this role means delivering consistent growth, improving team performance, and cultivating a high-performance, execution-oriented culture.

**This role requires being on site in the office in Fort Lauderdale 4 days per week, WFH Fridays**

What you'll do...



  • Own the Velocity Americas sales number across land, expand, and renewals motions
  • Lead, coach, and develop frontline sales managers and teams, ensuring alignment with KPIs, quota attainment, and career progression
  • Drive forecast accuracy and disciplined pipeline management
  • Partner with marketing, customer success, sales engineering, and channel alliances to drive integrated campaigns and programs that fuel pipeline generation and sales execution
  • Improve team productivity by reinforcing sales methodologies, such as Command of the Message and MEDDPICC
  • Champion internal operating rhythms for forecast calls, pipeline reviews, coaching frameworks, and performance reviews
  • Ensure a strong culture of accountability and recognition, built on performance, coaching, and enablement
  • Lead talent strategy, including recruiting, ramping, retaining, and developing top talent with a focus on diversity, performance, and scalability
  • Collaborate with global sales leadership on quarterly goals, process improvements, and strategic initiatives



Who you are...



  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with 2+ years of leadership, SaaS preferred
  • Proven success managing multi-functional teams and driving attainment across complex revenue motions including new logo, expansion, and renewals
  • Deep understanding of SaaS pricing, sales cycles, and ACV growth strategies
  • Fluency in forecasting, pipeline development, and using sales data to influence strategy
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, SEP tools, and enablement platforms
  • Track record of recruiting and developing high-performing sales leaders and reps
  • Experience selling into mid-market and SMB segments
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • BA or BS required
