OVERVIEW The Logistics Team Leader will provide logistics leadership to deliver a world-class operation. Team Leaders lead, motivate, and develop employees to achieve outstanding manufacturing results, while leveraging Continuous Improvement tools, improving individual skills, and enhancing teamwork. The Logistics Team Leader will provide daily supervision of the Cereal warehouse team. The Buffalo Cereal Warehouse consists of 42 production employees across all shifts, a shipping/receiving office, 24 Automated Guided Vehicles and management of the inbound and outbound flow of raw and finished Puff and Chex products. * Educate, develop and motivate a material handling work group to achieve results, improving individual technical skills and enabling collaboration across boundaries MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * 1-3 years logistics/manufacturing experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS COMPANY OVERVIEW We exist to make food the world loves. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $70100.00 - $105200.00 / Annually.
