We are seeking a high-performing Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with 250 high-value client groups, collectively worth $4.8 million in annual revenue across varying markets. This role is critical to the success of our business, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensuring exceptional service delivery, retention, and revenue growth.

If you are located in Plantation, FL, New York, NY or Phoenix, AZ, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Manage and serve as the primary liaison for 250 assigned client groups
  • Develop strategic account plans that drive value, increase engagement, and grow revenue
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and partner with sales and product teams to pursue them
  • Track and report on account health, revenue performance, and client satisfaction
  • Resolve issues with urgency and professionalism to maintain high client satisfaction
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, operations, and executive teams

Required Qualifications:



  • Insurance license as required by law within 90 days of hire
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales roles, preferably handling large portfolios or high-revenue accounts
  • Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar accounts and delivering measurable business impact
  • Proven solid analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Willingness or ability to travel as required (25-50% depending on season)
  • Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation


Preferred Qualification:



  • Bi-lingual Spanish

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,000 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. This role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
