Our Ys empower staff to make a real difference in the lives of local children, adults, and families.

Through our health and wellness programs, we build a healthier community. Through our cause-driven partnerships and outreach efforts, we promote youth development, social responsibility, and accessibility for all.

This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in tech-enabled donor relations, digital campaign support, and event planning-with opportunities to develop CRM, data analysis, and reporting skills in a professional nonprofit setting.

Assist in the tech integration of campaigns and events, including tracking digital engagement and donor activity

Create branded materials in Canva to support events and appeals

Help plan, promote, and execute fundraising and stewardship events

Support donor recognition efforts and ensure consistent, accurate data for personalized engagement

This role is perfect for you if you:

Are tech-savvy, analytical, and detailoriented

Are interested in nonprofit work, fundraising strategy, or CRM systems

Want to build skills in data management, digital engagement, and donor communications

Have experience or interest in tools like Canva, Excel, Google Sheets, or Raiser's Edge (or similar donor databases)

What you'll gain:

Practical experience in digital fundraising, CRM systems, and donor analytics

A portfolio of professional projects across marketing, events, and data systems

Mentorship, networking, and the opportunity to grow in the nonprofit and development fields

At the YMCA, you'll be part of a passionate team that uses technology, data, and heart to build a stronger, healthier community. Join us and help drive the mission forward.
