Product Introduction Technician
Your future role

Take on a new challenge and bring your technical expertise to the forefront of sustainable mobility. You'll report to [Hiring Manager Name], and work alongside passionate, motivated, and skilled teammates. You'll play a key role in supporting the installation, testing, operation, and maintenance of our cutting-edge rail systems and equipment.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and customers, ensuring smooth field operations and warranty support. You'll specifically take care of equipment testing, failure analysis, and field modifications, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

We'll look to you for:

* Technical support during installation, testing, and operation phases

* Investigation and resolution of electromechanical failures

* Development and execution of test procedures

* Use of specialized tools for field maintenance and modifications

* Support for customer warranty operations and recovery

* Immediate reporting of deviations and adherence to HSE rules
