Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Beloit, WI Position Summary: The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety. This role bridges engineering and production teams to ensure optimal use of equipment, materials, and labor. The Manufacturing Engineer plays a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting new product, equipment, and capability introductions, as well as resolving technical issues related to manufacturing operations. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field - 1+ years of proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and industrial automation - Hands-on experience providing advanced level support for equipment and automated machinery - Working experience with CAD software (Inventor and AutoCAD preferred) - Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills - Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and router creation preferred | |
