Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Asset Administrator to support the procurement team in managing the lifecycle of hardware and software assets. This role is responsible for overseeing asset administration, purchase tracking, and inventory management using SAP Ariba, ServiceNow HAM Pro, and SAM Pro platforms. Key Responsibilities: Administer and track hardware and software purchases through SAP Ariba and ServiceNow. Maintain accurate asset records throughout the lifecycle-from procurement to retirement. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and asset management standards. Collaborate with IT, finance, and vendor management teams to reconcile asset data. Monitor and report on asset inventory levels, license usage, and contract renewals. Support audits and provide documentation related to asset ownership and procurement history. Identify opportunities for process improvement in asset tracking and procurement workflows. Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or asset management, preferably in a public sector or enterprise environment. Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and ServiceNow HAM/SAM Pro. Strong understanding of hardware and software lifecycle management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with IT procurement processes and vendor management. Knowledge of ITIL practices and asset governance frameworks.
