Job Title: Marketing Analyst

Location(s): Irving, TX

Responsibilities:


  • Lead the analysis of current pricing & promotion development and execution processes within Digital Marketing, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Design, document, and implement standardized, scalable, and efficient end-to-end processes for all digital pricing and promotional offers.
  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making frameworks for all stakeholders involved in the digital offer lifecycle.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, regularly reviewing and refining processes based on performance data and feedback.
  • Deliverable Management & Execution:
  • Serve as the central point of contact and project manager for all digital pricing & promotion initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, legal, finance, IT, and other marketing teams to gather requirements, align strategies, and ensure seamless execution of offers across all digital channels (web, app, email, social, programmatic).
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for all initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, addressing issues and roadblocks to keep projects on track.
  • Oversee the accuracy and integrity of pricing and promotional offers displayed across all digital touchpoints.
  • Performance Reporting & Analysis:
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish robust reporting mechanisms to track the effectiveness of all digital pricing & promotions.
  • Develop and present regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure proper data collection, analysis, and attribution for all initiatives.
  • Utilize data to identify customer insights, optimize offer effectiveness, and inform future strategies.
  • Overall Accountability & Governance:
  • Take ultimate ownership for the successful planning, execution, and performance of all digital pricing & promotion.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations related to pricing and promotions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on digital pricing and promotional best practices within the organization.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive collaboration and achieve shared goals.


MUST HAVE SKILLS


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to optimize offer performance.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Content Stack) and analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • A deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including various channels, technologies, and customer journeys.
  • Deep experience and understanding of pricing and promotions as it relates to Marketing initiatives
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, product management, or program management, with a strong focus on pricing & promotion execution.

  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.


EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
