Business Operations Manager-Healthcare Tysons Corner, VA Pay From: $ 37 per hour MUST: Experienced Business Operations Manager-Healthcare 2 years of healthcare experience preferred Must have Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field Must be willing to be a KEY member of the team Must have understanding of healthcare workflows, compliance requirements (HIPAA, OSHA) Must be computer savvy, have Microsoft Office Suite and EMR experience Must have experience with budgeting, cost analysis, revenue cycle management and financial reporting Have experience with QuickBooks and approving hours Experience with social media and marketing preferred DUTIES: Organizing and managing internal team meetings Implementing, leading assessing clinical development program strategies Developing and presenting operational plans to ownership Identifying clinical program/resource gaps and devising and implementing solutions Developing and implementing clinical outsourcing strategies Overseeing the selection and management of product/service and vendors Assisting in the development of Clinical Operations quality systems, including assessment documents, management, personnel training, and quality control processes with appropriate reporting and analytics Act as a liaison between administrative, clinical, and executive teams to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
