The Learning Program Manager is responsible for end-to-end learning program management in a variety of modalities. Under general supervision, he or she will work closely with Leaders, SMEs, Learning Technology & Operations, HR, and the Corporate Learning & Development leader to deliver excellence to our customers. Strong organization and communication skills are critical. You will primarily program manage the Internal Development learning offerings and be expected to coordinate with both internal and external resources to ensure up-to-date and relevant content is included. This hybrid role also includes opportunities to facilitate sessions for the individual development of employees across DAA. - Partner with instructors, leaders, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver learning experiences that drive business results
- Create innovative and collaborative learning environments that engage the participant, manager, SME, and stakeholder
- Manage assigned learning events and various modalities: ILT, VILT, blended, learning pathways and curation
- Responsible for end-to-end program management, working with learning operations to ensure all administrative details are managed, including tracking, materials, and communications
- Responsible for measurement & assessment of learning effectiveness
- Document and evaluate metrics to provide insights and recommendations to optimize solution
- In partnership with Corporate Learning leader and design resources, create project timelines and objectives for maintaining and/or adding content to learning programs
- Leverage standard learning project management practices and tools including design documents, schedule, and metrics
- Accountable for projects to be delivered on-time, within scope and quality standards
- Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning opportunities that drive business results
- Partner with corporate learning leader and design resources to build needs analysis, high impact learning maps and learner personas that deliver innovative, performance-based learning outcomes
- Identify opportunities to leverage learning and collaborative technologies to enhance the learner experience
- Facilitate learning sessions to support the College of Individual Development or other programs as determined
- Confidently and clearly present learning content on a variety of topics for in-person and virtual environments
- Engage participants through interactive learning techniques and manage group dynamics and demonstrate active listening skills

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
- 1 - 3 years of Learning Program Management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office - including PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Ability to travel up to 15%
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Training Delivery/Facilitation skills
- Virtual program management skills
- Knowledge of Learning Management systems
- Knowledge of the following technologies: Sharepoint, Webex, Pathway, Cornerstone
- Ability to manage multiple modalities: Virtual Instructor Led, eLearning, Micro-learning, Pathway

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $66,000 to $105,600 in Minnesota . The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
