Job Description:

Are you passionate about executing data-driven marketing campaigns that make a real impact? ArchWell Health is looking for a Marketing Project Analyst to lead and execute inbound marketing programs that align with enterprise goals and support our mission to improve the lives of older adults. This role is responsible for building and managing email campaigns, optimizing performance in HubSpot, and ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered on time and on brand. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate campaign strategy, asset creation, and reporting. As part of the highly collaborative Marketing & Communications (MARCOM) team, you'll contribute insights, manage timelines, support brand consistency across markets, and play a key role in shaping how we engage with our members and prospects.

Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Responsible to manage all inbound marketing programs that align with the company's set enterprise goals
  • Create program and project timelines with critical path and cross-functional dependencies in mind
  • Build and execute email marketing campaigns including member newsletters, educational sends, and lead nurture sequences using HubSpot
  • Manage audience segmentation, A/B testing, personalization, and performance tracking in HubSpot
  • Maintain and optimize HubSpot workflows, lists, forms, and reporting dashboards
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to conceptualize, strategize and create campaign assets as needed
  • Oversee the creation of art templates for marketing deliverables as-is needed for different projects and with design updates in alignment with campaigns to keep work product current
  • Communicate progress and status of ongoing campaigns, follow-up on insights and next steps upon campaign launching
  • Collaborate with the full MARCOM team frequently to supply feedback, insights and discussion of support needed in the markets
  • Provide guidance and direction to the market teams to ensure all closely adhere to the ArchWell Health brand standards.


  • Administrate and monitor Canva in support of the MARCOM team's efforts


  • Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills for project completion
  • Must be a collaborative team player with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams



Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or communications preferred
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience
  • Experience created targeted marketing programs
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Previous experience working with marketing vendors or agency partners
  • Experience building brand awareness and marketing capabilities for a new product entry across a wide variety of markets
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns or priorities simultaneously
  • Email marketing campaign experience
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce and AirTable
  • Experience with compliance requirements, HIPAA and handling PHI
