AsWorldwide Surface Partner Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for driving global retail and distributor marketing for Surface, with a focus on profitable growth. You will deliver breakthrough co-marketing campaigns, global product launches, and omnichannel journeys that create value across every customer segment. This role focuses on enabling Consumer demand and SMB through retail partners. You'll also elevate Surface's premium identity through innovative storytelling, bold creative, influencer and creator collaboration, and design-led brand experiences. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a builder with retail experience, creative courage, and an entrepreneurial mindset. ResponsibilitiesDrive Growth through Copilot+ and Surface InnovationLead global Surface launch campaigns that showcase the brand's leadership in the Copilot+ PC category, translating premium hardware and AI innovation into compelling in-store and digital retail experienceBalance volume and profitability goals, ensuring campaigns contribute to attach, average selling price (ASP) improvement, and sustainable long-term growth.Develop marketing strategies tailored to SMB buyers engaging through retail, with messaging, tools, and pathways that accelerate decision-making and drive share.Scale Through Retail PartnersBuild and execute co-marketing strategies with global retail partners rooted in a clear value exchange, brand consistency, and business impact.Strengthen Surface presence across the omnichannel journey, from digital media and customer relationship management (CRM) to in-store demos and visual merchandising ensuring full-funnel activation.Partner with field and category teams to localize programs and land seller readiness initiatives that drive sell-through, advocacy, and channel excellence.Create Omnichannel ExperiencesShape elevated and connected buying experiences across physical and digital retail environments, including guided selling, content-led discovery, and interactive demos.Engage creators to fuel storytelling, generate cultural relevance, and unlock organic demand.Apply AI-powered content creation and rapid iteration to localize and personalize messaging for multiple audiences and geographies.Build Brand Equity and LoveStrengthen Surface's premium brand identity across global partner touchpoints by delivering creative excellence, visual consistency, and emotionally resonant storytelling.Reinforce value through storytelling that reflects customer aspirations productivity, creativity, mobility positioning Surface as aspirational and approachable.Focus on brand-building campaigns that improve consideration, preference, and price realization, directly supporting profitable growth outcomes.
