About the Role We are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Manager to lead and grow a dynamic team of developers, business analysts, QA professionals, and support staff. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and quality of data warehouse processes, while also fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. This is a full-time position - no contracting piece necessary.
Key Responsibilities * Supervise and mentor Data Warehouse team members through regular one-on-one meetings, feedback, and goal setting. * Oversee onboarding and training processes for new team members. * Manage shared mailboxes and task distribution, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders. * Collaborate with business partners to transition and optimize data processes and reporting solutions. * Design, develop, and document new processes to support evolving data needs. * Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. * Analyze reporting processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field. * 3+ years of relevant experience in data management or analytics. * Proven leadership and people management experience. * Strong understanding of Data Warehouses, Data Marts, and related technologies. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). * Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., Azure DevOps, Data Studio). * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills * Knowledge of finance, statistics, and insurance principles. * Experience with data manipulation tools and project management software. * Certifications in software, database, or project management are a plus.
