National Grid is hiring a Lead Transmission Project Developer for our NY Clean Energy department. This hybrid role can be based in Upstate NY, Downstate NY or Massachusetts. To lead the development and advocacy of transmission infrastructure investments that support New York State's clean energy and climate goals. This role provides strategic, policy-aligned analysis and recommendations to guide decision-making across National Grid's Commercial Development function. At higher levels, the role also contributes to shaping transmission policy and regulatory frameworks to improve the effectiveness and alignment of National Grid's infrastructure initiatives. * Lead and conduct electric system studies to identify transmission needs driven by clean energy integration, electrification, and reliability requirements About You
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics or Government policy required, Masters preferred More Information Salary $161,000 - $170,000 a year National Grid utilizes an assessment that evaluates the job qualifications/characteristics using AI or statistically based scoring.
