Summary:

In this role, you will lead large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives that drive enterprise transformation, operational efficiency, and strategic value. You will combine program leadership, executive stakeholder management, and organizational change strategy to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact programs across Corporate IT domains (e.g., HR, Finance, CRM, CLM, PSA).

Responsibilities:

• Define, prioritize, and lead the execution of enterprise programs aligned with corporate goals. Oversee full program lifecycle from planning through delivery and post-implementation review.

• Establish program governance, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms and track value realization, benefits, and performance outcomes across initiatives.

• Serve as a primary liaison to executive sponsors, ensuring alignment, transparency, and support across all transformation efforts.

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing project and program teams.

• Manage internal and external resources to ensure skill alignment and delivery readiness.

• Drive change leadership strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption planning to ensure sustained transformation.

• Develop vendor strategy, negotiate contracts, and manage performance against SLAs and program goals.

• Maintain visibility into risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID).

• Implement mitigation strategies and ensure adherence to regulatory and enterprise standards.

• Ensure transformation efforts are rooted in scalable business processes and enterprise architectural standards.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 7 or more years of relevant experience required.

• Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SQL).

• Proven ability to build, mentor and lead high-performing project and program teams.
