The Human Resources Business Partner supports and/or consults with departmental leadership within an assigned area in the implementation, administration, and coordination of all Human Resources programs, guidelines and policies. The role assists with effective use of people and achieve short- and long-term objectives of the Company. In addition, drives culture improvement initiatives, supports employee relations, employment actions and compensation and benefits policies to establish ensure legal compliance. They will collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement and culture as well as support workforce initiatives and change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Culture & Engagement:Promote a "best place to work" mindset and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Talent Management:Assist with succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
  • HR Strategy:Translate business needs into HR solutions; support change management and organizational development.
  • Employee Relations:Provide a safe space for employee concerns; support investigations and disciplinary actions.
  • Policy & Compliance:Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal standards.
  • Team Support:Guide HR Generalists and Coordinators; supervise and mentor HR team members (Senior level).
  • Legal & Documentation:Manage immigration documentation and coordinate responses to internal/external claims (Senior level).
  • Annual Processes:Lead budgeting, merit cycles, and performance reviews for assigned groups (Senior level).

Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelor's in HR or related field required; SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Associate HRBP: 3+ years progressive HR experience.
    • HRBP: 5+ years experience.
    • Senior HRBP: 10+ years experience.
  • Skills:Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, problem-solving ability, and HRIS proficiency (PeopleSoft/ADP preferred).
  • Industry Experience:Pharmaceutical or manufacturing background preferred; FDA experience desired.

Shift: Weekdays

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Spokane, WA.

  • Hiring Wage:

Associate -$77,968.80 - $114,400 annually

HRBP: $84,000 - $139,700 annually

Sr. HRBP - $105,000 - $167,200 annuallydepending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises.

Midpoint and above is reserved for employees who have longevity with Jubilant HollisterStier and consistently exhibit outstanding performance over a period of time in the role
