WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Support and develop our global performance process with a continuous improvement approach and development of our HR business partners, Talent, and HRIS teams.
- Improve employee succession and support internal mobility efforts by focusing on developing capabilities in a complex, growing, global organization.
- Partner with the People Analytics team to use data to report results and inform decisions.
- Facilitate key trainings to promote our high-impact learning culture.
- Envision, design and deploy initiatives that strengthen the employee experience and engagement of our people helping retain key talent.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in HR, talent management or other related area preferred.
- Shown success navigating a matrix organization; prior experience in a global manufacturing environment and collaborating across professional and production teams required.
- Self-starter and problem solver in ambiguous situations.
- Detail oriented and demonstrated project management skills.
- Workday (or other HCM system) experience preferred.
- Ability to speak, write and read in an additional language other than English a plus.

Pay Transparency
nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $105,000.00 - $195,000.00
