KPMG is currently seeking a Manager of Clients and Markets Analysis and Reporting to join our CFO function.

Responsibilities:
  • Apply advanced data science methodologies and statistical techniques to gather, validate, and analyze complex financial data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and compliance while optimizing workflows in collaboration with finance and accounting teams
  • Implement machine learning algorithms and statistical models to evaluate financial market data, identify patterns, growth opportunities, and competitive insights; contribute to detailed financial market reports and presentations for Clients and Markets teams
  • Design and maintain dynamic financial dashboards and reports; develop automated reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency and ensure timely delivery of financial insights to stakeholders
  • Conduct comprehensive statistical modeling and financial data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and growth prospects; deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to team members and senior finance leadership
  • Collaborate across departments to establish integrated, data-driven reporting and analysis practices; provide training and support for advanced financial data analytics tools and strategies, serving as the primary contact for financial data inquiries
  • Stay informed about industry developments and innovations in financial data analysis, AI, and reporting technologies; evaluate existing processes for improvements and participate in projects to advance financial reporting capabilities and operational efficiencies
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent progressive experience in finance with a strong focus on data science, statistical analysis, and modeling, ideally within a professional service environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in finance, economics, data science, information systems, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in data management, statistical analysis, and modeling, with proficiency in analytics platforms and tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel techniques
  • Strong analytical, statistical modeling, and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities, alongside effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data visualization tools, as well as programming languages like Python or R, and strong competency in using statistical software
