We are hiringSr. Product Manager - Data Solutions, Connected Medical Devices/IoT!!

This position can work remotely within US, but must be willing to come into any of our facilities as needed.

The Sr. Product Manager - Data Solutions, Connected Medical Devices/IoT will lead the development and lifecycle management of our emerging portfolio of intelligent, connected solutions in the acute care medical device environment. This role is critical in shaping how we leverage sensing, data, software, and connectivity to create measurable customer value by transforming our product portfolio into scalable, next-generation intelligent systems.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in both upstream (VOC, unmet needs, clinical workflow research) and downstream (value proposition development, pricing, targeting, commercialization) marketing; ideally within the hospital medical device sector, but we will also consider candidates with strong connected technology experience in other domains.
This role will partner cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, operations, and customer-facing teams to define our cloud-based product strategy, translate voice-of-customer into actionable requirements, and deliver differentiated intelligent products to market.

This role requires both vision and rigor-a customer-first thinker who thrives in creating novel data solutions and value propositions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Define and own the intelligent medical device data solutions product strategy and roadmap, aligned with company growth initiatives in the acute care market.
* Lead product discovery and customer research to identify user problems and opportunities for differentiation through sensing, IoT, and data insights.
* Leads the analysis of market and customer data (KOL interviews, clinical site visits, competitive benchmarking, workflow mapping), and identifies meaningful and actionable insights that drive related strategies and action plans.
* Act as the internal voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.
* Author and manage product requirements, user stories, and use cases; work with engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver features.
* Balance MVP delivery with our long-term intelligent platform strategy, making pragmatic decisions that move the organization forward while working towards broader goals.
* Partner with internal stakeholders to build business cases, establish KPIs, and assess product-market fit for new offerings.
* Collaborate closely with product development to ensure seamless integration between physical systems and digital intelligence.
* Coordinate product launches, working with go-to-market teams to ensure readiness across marketing, sales, support, and training, with a focus on complex hospital environments and purchasing cycles (GPOs, IDNs, etc.).
* Support lifecycle management and continuous improvement efforts post-launch by gathering feedback, monitoring performance, and championing enhancements.

CORE VALUES & GUIDING PRINCIPLES (OUR CULTURE):
* Understands internal and external customers
* Assure a safe work environment
* Encourage individual development
* Demonstrates teamwork and flexibility/adaptability
* Demonstrates honesty
* Keep our commitments
* Think systemically and ensure constancy of purpose
* Lead with humility and respect every individual
* Focus on process, embrace scientific thinking, flow and pull value, assure quality at the source and seek perfection

QUALIFICATIONS:
* 5+ years of product management experience for data solutions in the hospital/acute care medical device sector, or similar connected technology domains.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or other related field.
* Proven track record in both upstream marketing (VOC, unmet needs, workflow research/analysis) and downstream marketing (value proposition, targeting, launch, pricing, commercialization) for new technologies.
* Demonstrated experience delivering software-based products for embedded systems or sensor-based platforms; ideally for healthcare markets, but strong experience in other IoT domains will be considered.
* Strong understanding of customer value propositions that is enabled by cloud platforms, edge computing, and data analytics. Healthcare IT integration (EHR interoperability, cybersecurity) is highly preferred.
* Deep knowledge of user-centered design, agile development, and systems-level thinking.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven ability to lead without authority, influence cross-functional teams, and manage ambiguity.
* Strategic thinker and hands-on executor - balances vision with detail and action.
* Highly curious and customer-obsessed - comfortable spending time with users in the field.
* Entrepreneurial mindset - embraces uncertainty and builds structure from scratch.
* Strong bias for collaboration, iteration, and learning - values progress over perfection.
* Fluent in both technical and business conversations.
