Join Our Team as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk! Location: Franklin, WI Department: Warehouse Operations Type: Full Time Are you a detail-oriented logistics pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk who will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the smooth handling of inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and supporting internal teams with timely deliveries. What You'll Do: Inspect and verify incoming shipments for quality and accuracy (40%) Unload freight carriers and sign off on bills of lading (20%) Deliver materials to departments and inventory locations (10%) Collaborate with Purchasing and Vendors to resolve product issues (10%) Manage inventory location changes and coordinate large shipments (15%) Support waste removal and equipment staging (5%) What You Bring: High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Data Warehouse or Plex MRP systems is a plus Forklift certification and Reach truck experience preferred Strong communication skills and a solution-focused mindset Experience with Lean or Continuous Improvement practices is a bonus Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, and climbing Comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse environment Why Join Us?
