How you will make history here...

As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across Campbell's marketing organization. You'll manage and optimize activation timelines from business briefing through execution to reporting, ensuring cross-functional alignment and operational excellence. Your work will directly support strategic planning, brand performance tracking, and the delivery of high-impact marketing initiatives.

What you will do...

  • Own and manage cross-functional project timelines from initiation to execution, identifying interdependencies, constraints, and proactively escalating risks to leadership.

  • Support day-to-day business operations with a strong focus on marketing analytics and performance tracking.

  • Leverage multiple data sources (e.g., internal dashboards) to identify root-cause drivers and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and communicate timelines and deadlines effectively across brand, shopper marketing, advertising, design, and production teams to ensure alignment on shared objectives.

  • Demonstrate an ownership mindset by taking initiative, anticipating challenges, and driving continuous improvement in marketing operations.

What You Will Bring To The Table... (Required Skills)

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or project management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset

It would be nice if you have... (Preferred skills)

  • Familiarity with business planning cadences such as IBP, AOP, and stage gate processes

  • Understanding of P&L fundamentals and how cross-functional decisions impact financial outcomes

  • Experience working in an organization with multiple stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$88,600-$127,300

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
