The Business Intelligence Manager is a key member of the consultancy arm of Decision Support, the analytics and data science hub of Manheim. Decision Support provides actionable insights and data-driven solutions across the organization, bridging business operations and advanced analytics to support key functions like auction operations, product optimization, and consulting with OEMs. The team's scope includes building and refining operational tools for auction professionals, optimizing dealer-facing platforms, and enabling smarter decisions with predictive and prescriptive analytics. By leveraging large-scale data pipelines, business intelligence, and statistical analysis, Decision Support ensures efficiency, innovation, and profitability across both digital and physical auction environments.
In this role, the Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for developing industry and client-specific insights to strengthen relationships between Cox Automotive and client executive teams. This involves working closely with account directors and sales teams to provide insightful analysis and persuasive presentations for decision-making. The Business Intelligence Manager will handle complex data sets, identify patterns, and create compelling cases for change. This position requires delivering impactful presentations to executive and client audiences and aligning analysis with strategic account plans. This will require developing an understanding of the intersection of Manheim's goals and our clients' goals, our sales organization's strategic plans for assigned clients, and the data sources available to help inform decision-making. Required Experience & Specialized Knowledge and Skills
USD 99,000.00 - 165,000.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $99,000.00 - $165,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
