JOB TITLE: Associate - TS9166468

DB Global Technology, Inc. seeks an Associate in Cary, NC to implement sets of payment processing and client access channel applications. Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent, and two (2) years of experience retrieving, manipulating, and controlling data using pl/sql and creating queries, functions, procedures, packages, and triggers; developing AxiomSL, Database, UNIX, Informatica, Python, and Control-M shell scripts to automate running ad-hoc queries and reports;

scheduling requests for production, incidents and problem tickets in ServiceNow (SNOW); configuring and optimizing Geneos alerts, New Relic and enabling real-time monitoring and alerting with high scalability; automating workflows, streamlining ticket management, and reducing resolution times with SNOW and Jira; leveraging Ansible to automate production support tasks, reduce manual intervention, and improve uptime; managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, and handling production incidents with Azure; utilizing Python and PowerShell to automate workflows, improve system administration, and enhance incident resolution; applying Git for version control and enabling efficient collaboration on deployment scripts and production support configurations; monitoring systems through Splunk advanced log aggregation; and creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins CI to reduce deployment times and enhance production stability. Salary range: $105,000.00 - $140,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
